By accessing the platform nodes at https://devhire.systems, you agree to be bound by these industrial-grade service terms. These terms govern all technical assessments, workspace instantiations, and telemetry processing executed within our infrastructure.

Users must not attempt to breach assessment sandboxes, reverse-engineer proprietary grading algorithms, or introduce malicious payloads into the evaluation clusters. Any detected breach will result in immediate node isolation and legal escalation.

DevHire Systems provides the infrastructure on an "AS-IS" basis for technical evaluation. While we maintain 99.9% uptime for assessment nodes, we are not liable for deterministic variances in candidate scores or local ISP failures during session execution.
