Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased through DevHire, operated by DevHire Systems. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our digital services.

02. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees for DevHire are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds under certain circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: If our platform experiences major technical issues that prevent you from using the service for a significant period.
  • Billing Errors: If you are overcharged or charged in error due to a systemic failure.
  • Statutory Rights: Any refund required by applicable consumer law in United States.

03. Assessment Usage

Once a technical assessment has been initialized and sent to a candidate, the credit used for that assessment is deemed consumed and is non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact support@hiredevelopers.dev with your account details, transaction ID, and the reason for your request. All requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
